'Tis fine countryside thereabouts. We used to live just below the grand protuberance for many years. Prior to that we lived on the hill above Llangattock, Crickhowell for almost a decade. Used to be a few half-decent pubs there.....prolly sadly gone now, methinks.
I'm thinking of camping in Crickhowell before the start of my Black Mts jaunt. I don't know the area at all, so exploring for pubs could well be on the agenda, Iain.
I'm looking forward to it - mid June.
