My brother and I had to sprint it last spring when we had a couple too many at the Sun Inn thinking we'd catch the bus to meet with the train at Dent Station, only to realise it wasn't running that day. The last climb up to the station saw us off.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16298215339426733968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-177918675979573010.post-31970308068712101922016-01-23T11:08:30.862+00:002016-01-23T11:08:30.862+00:00I remember that bit of the Dales Way being incredi...I remember that bit of the Dales Way being incredibly yucky....the worst part by far, in fact....Chrissiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12355436620152802439noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-177918675979573010.post-73744183825834854032016-01-23T10:38:58.815+00:002016-01-23T10:38:58.815+00:00That bit of route that runs parallel to the Dales ...That bit of route that runs parallel to the Dales Way looks rather nicerer than the Dales Way proper. And you still get the chance to sup some Kamikaze ale in Dent....although it would probably stop you getting much further that day.<br />Nice.John Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07569413172924501491noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-177918675979573010.post-14466411650824875082016-01-22T14:38:46.316+00:002016-01-22T14:38:46.316+00:00Thank you for the map Mike, I like a map! Both hills are on "Brenda's List Of Things To Do", but had not been put onto her "2016" list, albeit that list has not yet been finalised, so they may well now be promoted. The trouble is the "List" has too many things on it for the few days each year we can get up North from Suffolk. Perhaps I should send you a copy of the "List".....?Andrewnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-177918675979573010.post-53143741549300536462016-01-22T13:53:43.651+00:002016-01-22T13:53:43.651+00:00It certainly looks wetly wet Mike, claggy even!It certainly looks wetly wet Mike, claggy even!Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09839157927650251268noreply@blogger.com
